Freescale, Axentra Collaborate On Digital Media

Austin, Texas-based Freescale Semiconductor and Axentra said this week at CES that the two are collaborating on a digital media appliance design. The two said that they have developed a digital media solution platform which integrates Axentra's software for Freescale's PowerQUICC digital media processors. The design is targeted at OEMs and service providers, who can customize the solution for integration into their services.
