Click Forensics Raises $5M

San Antonio, Texas-based Click Forensics said today it has raised $5M in a Series A funding. The firm, which provides an independent click fraud reporting service, said that the round was led by Austin Ventures and also included Shasta Ventures. The new funding will go towards marketing and development of its click quality monitoring and mitigation products. The company will also relocate to Austin as part of the funding. More information »
