Vignette Forms Strategic Alliance with Omniture

Vignette, a developer of Web-based, software-as-a-service products for enterprise content management, said today it has formed a strategic partnership with web analytics provider Omniture to better serve their joint customers. The firms said Monday that they would blend Omniture's SiteCatalyst analytics software with Vignette's web applications. As a result, the firm said their shared clients will now be able to measure and analyze the value of their online customer interactions. Vignette is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
