Pro Mach’s ID Technology Acquires Markor

Pro Mach's ID Technology division has acquired Markor Marking and Labeling Systems, Pro Mach reported Tuesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ID Technology, which is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, and operates 13 regional offices within the United States, manufactures labeling, coding and marking equipment. The company said the acquisition of California-based Markor will bolster ID Technology's ability to serve customers across multiple locations and time zones. Pro Mach, which is headquartered in Cincinnati, specializes in providing packaging solutions for various sectors, including food, beverage, pharmaceutical and industrial.
