Sipera Names Winsborrow Marketing Chief

Sipera Systems, a developer of security software for voice-over-Internet-protocol and mobile applications, has hired Eric Winsborrow as its chief marketing officer, the company revealed Monday. Winsborrow will report directly to CEO Seshu Madhavapeddy and will direct all of Sipera's marketing, product management and business development enterprises. Prior to joining Sipera, Winsborrow served as vice president of product marketing for security software stalwart McAfee. Winsborrow has also held executive positions for Symantec, Sygate, Cloudmark, Cisco, Lucent and Nortel. Sipera Systems is headquartered in Richardson, Texas.
