CoVi Introduces Video Recorder
CoVi Technologies, a manufacturer of high-definition video surveillance equipment, revealed Wednesday that it has introduced a combination video recorder, stream server and video information manager that supports third-party IP cameras. Called the DMM-2000, the new product was designed to work seamlessly with Sony's IPELA camera line, CoVi said. The company added that the DMM-2000 reinforces CoVi’s established goal of developing a broader market strategy. The DMM-2000 will be available for purchase next month, CoVi said. CoVi Technologies is headquartered in Austin, Texas and is venture backed by Oak Investment Partners, Polycom, TPG Ventures, and Walden International.
