Karta Technologies Acquired By NCI

San Antonio, Texas-based Karta Technologies, a provider of engineering and IT services for the Department of Defense and other government agencies, has been acquired. Reston, Virginia-based NCI, Inc., said Wednesday it has acquired the outstanding capital stock of Karta. Financial terms were not disclosed. NCI said that Karta has approximately 400 employees, and had revenues of $55-60M annually. NCI is also a provider of IT and other services for the government.
