Bourque Data Systems Integrates With Satellite Provider

The Woodlands, Texas-based Bourque Data Systems said Thursday that it has integrated its network with Satamatics, a provider of satellite-based telematics. Bourque develops an automated rail shipment tracking systems for rail shippers. Bourque said that the integration provides its customers with real-time railcar location and asste monitoring data. The two companies said they have several pilot programs going with large hazardous chemical shippers.
