Motive Signs Greek Firm

Motive Inc., a developer of management software for broadband and mobile data services, reported Wednesday that Greek telecommunications firm Vivodi Telecom has selected Motive to help manage the rollout of Vivodi's next-generation telecommunications services. Motive said Vivodi, which is based in Athens, chose Motive's Home Device Manager to improve its customer care and network operations and to support the debut of new products and services. Size of the deal was not disclosed. Motive develops software used by telecommunications carriers to diagnose, upgrade, and manage subscriber issues. Motive Inc. is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
