Motive Taps BDO Seidman as Independent Auditor

Motive Inc., a publisher of management software for broadband and mobile data operators, reported Tuesday that it has selected BDO Seidman LLP as its independent auditor. Motive noted that BDO Seidman's appointment was officially effective last Wednesday, Oct. 17. Motive dismissed BDO Seidman's successor, Ernst & Young, on July 27. Headquartered in Austin, Motive develops software intended to help wireline, wireless, cable and satellite operators deliver IP-based services.
