MumboJumbo Buys Game Developer Hot Lava

Dallas, Texas-based MumboJumbo said Tuesday that it has acquired Hot Lava, a Russian casual games developer. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. MumboJumbo said that Hot Lava CEO Matt Lichtenwalter, will join the firm's executive team as part of the acquisition, and will become Vice President of Product Development. MumboJumbo is a developer and publisher of casual games for PC and game consoles.
