MumboJumbo Gets $4.6M From PopCap

Dallas-based MumboJumbo, a developer of video games, said Monday that it has won $4.6M in a lawsuit against former business partner PopCap Games. According to MumboJumbo's attorneys, a jury awarded $4.6M in damages to MumboJumbo over a breach of contract by PopCap Games over a 2006 distribution agreement between the firms. MumboJumbo was represented by Dallas law firm Rose Walker in the trial, which was held in the 193rd Civil District Court in Dallas County, Texas.
