VMETRO Acquires Micro Memory

Houston, Texas-based VMETRO and Micro Memory LLC said today that VMETRO has acquired Micro Memory. VMETRO is a provider of embedded computing products; Micro Memory develops signal processing and data acquisition products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. VMETRO said that the acquisition of Micro Memory will increase its product offerings in existing and new markets, and highlighted the ability to serve its existing defense and aerospace customers.
