BSG Alliance Acquires New Paradigm

Software publisher BSG Alliance Corp., announced Thursday that it has acquired New Paradigm, a think tank group headed by industry strategist, speaker and author Don Tapscott. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. BSG, which is headquartered in Austin, Texas, said the merger will accelerate development of its Business Innovation Platform and provide New Paradigm with a venue for delivering its content. New Paradigm provides research and consulting in the technology arena. Aside from their headquarters, BSG noted that the two companies will maintain offices in Boston, Houston, New York, London and Toronto.
