Syngence Names Johnson CFO

Syngence Corp., a provider of e-discovery and content analytics services, reported Wednesday that it has hired Chris Johnson as its chief financial officer. The Dallas-based company said Johnson, who is a certified public accountant, hails from Seattle's LION Inc., where he served as controller and helped manage the company' s day-to-day financial operations. Prior to LION, Johnson was chief financial officer for telecommunications startup Bluejack Systems, Syngence noted, adding that he will remain in Seattle as it plans to open an office there within a few months.
