Syngence Inks Deal with Legal Technology Firm

Dallas, Texas-based Syngence said Wednesday that the firm has partnered with Juritek, a provider of electronic data discovery and litigation support services. According to Syngence, Juritek will use its Synthetix Processing Suite to expand its service offerings to law firms and corporate legal clients. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Syngence develops software used to manage electronic discovery documents, including searching and organizing those documents.
