IRM, Trackmax Form Strategic Partnership

Dallas-based IRM Corp., publisher of business management software-as-a-service for the food and beverage industry, announced Wednesday that it has formed a strategic partnership with Trackmax Solutions, a developer of business software for foodservice industry distributors, manufacturers and operators. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. IRM said the partnership's aim was to blend both companies' software products into "best of breed" applications for the foodservice manufacturer and distributor communities. IRM said its flagship Discovery System is used by some 200 food and beverage manufacturers and distributors, whereas some 150 foodservice distributors utilize Trackmax's Earned Income Profit Optimizer. Trackmax Solutions is headquartered in Cape Coral, Fla.
