Irving-based Wayport, a provider of Wi-Fi networking hot spots and network services, and California-based Boingo Wireless said Thursday that the two companies are in a deal which will give Boingo subscribers access to Wayport's entire North American network of Wi-Fi hot spots. The firms said the deal includes more than 9,000 Wi-Fi enabled McDonald's restaurants. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Boing and Wayport said the agreement runs for three years.
