Convio Helps College Fund Boost Donations

Convio, a publisher of on-demand customer relationship management software for non-profit organizations, revealed Monday that one of its clients, the United Negro College Fund, boosted its online fund-raising efforts by more than 50 percent in 2007. As the nation's oldest and largest minority education assistance organization, the UNCF raises money to support its 39-member historically black colleges and universities and to fund its 400-plus scholarship programs. According to Convio, the organization began using Convio's CRM solution in October 2006. Convio is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
