River Logic Names Nistico VP of Finance

River Logic Inc., a Dallas-based publisher of integrated business planning and advanced business modeling software, reported Monday that it has hired Cyndi Nistico as vice president of finance. River Logic said Nistico will rely on her 20 years of experience to lead the company’s Finance department. She will report directly to Kevin Howe, River Logic’s chairman and chief executive officer. Before joining River Logic, Nistico worked for several reputable firms, the company said, including Price Waterhouse, Sage US, Pearle Vision, Nova, Red Bull and the JCR Group.
