Boundless Network Buys Arizona Firm

Venture-backed promotional products distributor Boundless Network announced Wednesday that it has acquired Phoenix-based Theresa Roberts Inc., a supplier of specialty advertising products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Boundless said the TRI acquisition complements its expansion strategy of acquiring promotional product distributorships with revenues in excess of $2 million but less than $10 million. Boundless Network now operates 12 regional offices across the United States, plus five additional sales locations. The Austin, Texas-based company currently employs 71 sales professionals and 65 non-sales employees. Boundless added that it expects to hire 35 Austin-based individuals over the next two years. Boundless Network is backed by Austin Ventures and Silverton Partners.
