Boundless Network Acquired By Zazzle

Austin-based Boundless Network, a venture-backed provider of custom-printed, personalized promotional products, has been acquired by Zazzle, according to the two companies. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Boundless had around $57M of sales in 2013. Boundless Network is venture backed by Austin Ventures and Silverton Partners, and had raised somewhere around $16M in funding. As part of the acquisition, Boundless co-founder Henrik Johansson becomes CEO of the company, with former CEO Jason Black becoming an advisor.
