Boundless Network Acquires Dallas-based Distributor

Venture-backed, promotional marketing firm Boundless Network announced Tuesday that it has acquired Corporate Specialties, a Dallas-based distributor of branded promotional merchandise. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Boundless Network said it has completed eight acquisitions within the past 12 months. The Austin-based company noted that it plans to acquire more distributors this year and that its targets are companies with revenues between $2 million and $10 million. Boundless is backed by Austin Ventures and Silverton Partners.
