Airband Unveils Nationwide Wholesale Program

Fixed-wireless broadband Internet service provider Airband Communications Inc. revealed Monday that is has established a nationwide wholesale program that it hopes will increase its market reach. Already, the Dallas-based company noted, the program has yielded 10 new wholesale partners, including hometown firm Randy White Telecommunications. Airband said the wholesale program targets carriers, resellers and enhanced service providers by offering them various products and services, including point-to-point wireless, last-mile wireless access and fixed-wireless Internet access. Founded in 2000, Airband currently boasts more than 3,500 clients, most of which are located in Texas, Arizona, Southern California and the Eastern Seaboard.
