Airband Powers Collector Car Auction

Dallas-based Airband said today that it is powering a collector car auction happening in Arizona this month. According to Airband, the 40th Annual Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, being held in Scottsdale, Arizona from January 17-23rd, will use its business continuity products. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Airband said Barrett-Jackson is using the company's fixed wireless capability to stream live video to the Internet, as well as connect the auction to Barrett-Jackson's headquarters. Airband also provided connectivity at last year's auction.
