Report: Cisco To Cut 129 In Richardson

Networking giant Cisco is planning to cut 129 employees in its Richardson, Texas office, according to a report, citing a filing with the Texas Workforce Commission. According to technology blog site GigaOm, Cisco said in a filing that it will lay off 129 employees between Oct. 8 and Dec. 12 in the firm's Richardson offices, which houses Cisco's Broadband Telephony Services operating unit.
