C I Host to Open Dallas Datacenters in February

Bedford, Texas-based C I Host, a provider of managed Web hosting and colocation services, reported Saturday that it is finishing out two new data centers in Dallas. C I Host said the new facilities will open in February and will offer some 60,000 square-feet of combined rack space. The buildings, C I Host noted, are located in the Dallas Love Field corridor, just a few miles from downtown and both major Metroplex airports. The company added that the locations will be fiber optic-enabled and will boast on-site fuel storage and a generator with automatic transfer switches to ensure uninterrupted power.
