Mezeo Software Names Chairman

Houston-based, cloud storage application publisher Mezeo Software Corp. reported Tuesday that it has appointed Gray Hall to its board of directors and named him chairman. The company described Hall as a hosting industry veteran who co-founded VeriCenter Inc. in 1999 and served as its president and chief executive until its 2007 sale to SunGard Data Systems. Most recently, Mezeo noted, Gray was executive-in-residence at Fidelity Equity Partners, Fidelity Investment's middle-market buyout fund.
