Alert Logic Board Replaces CEO

Houston-based Alert Logic, a provider of IT compliance and security software, reported today that it has appointed Gray Hall, one of the firm's board members, as President and CEO of the firm. Hall also becomes Chairman of the board. Hall replaces Michael Turner. No reason for the switch, or meniton of Turner, was made by the firm in the appointment. Hall was co-founder, President, and CEO of VeriCenter, which was acquired by SunGard in 2007. He is also Chairman of Houston's Mezeo Software, and serves at Fidelity Equity Partners. Hall also was at IBM, Broadband Venture Partners, and a number of early stage IT startups.
