NetSpend Ties With Billeo

Austin-based NetSpend, a provider of prepaid, reloadable debit cards, said today that it has inked a deal with personal finance startup Billeo, to allow users of Billeo to use NetSpend cards to pay their bills. According to the firms, the deal will make it possible for users of Billeo to find billers who accept NetSpend cards, plus Billeo will provide a free, downloadable toolbar to help cardholders manage their bills. NetSpend offers prepaid debit cards focused on under-banked consumers.
