RipCode Links With Real Estate Video Service

Dallas-based RipCode, a provider of video transcoding products, said this morning that it has signed on AccessU2, a provider of mobile marketing for the real estate industry, as a customer. RipCode said that AccessU2 is using the firm's products to automatically transcode and deliver video to mobile handsets accessing AccessU2's product. Financial details behind the new customer win were not disclosed. Ripcode's products are used for real-time transcoding of videos, which saves both time and storage space when having to deliver multiple versions of videos to different mobile software.
