AT&T Buys VeriSign Security Consulting Business

Dallas-based AT&T has made another buy this week, saying today that it has acquired VeriSign's global security consulting business. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. VeriSign's Global Security Consulting Services business provides enterprises with corporate cybersecurity. AT&T offers its own, existing cybersecurity services to companies.
