CHR Solutions Sells Unit To Moss Adams

Houston-based telecommunications company CHR Solutions has sold its regulatory compliance and financial consulting business to accounting and business consulting firm Moss Adams, the two said late Tuesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The two said the buy would bolster Moss Adams' telecommunications consulting business. CHR's consulting practice provided regulatory and financial consulting for telecommunications businesses operating in rural communities as well as competitive providers throughout the country. Moss Adams said the buy will add more than 75 professionals to its practice, running out of Austin and Dallas.
