EF Johnson Names CEO

Irving-based EF Johnson Technologies, a provider of communications products for the public safety market, said Thursday that it has named Andrew L. Adamas as the firm's new CEO. Adams replaces Norman Stout, who was serving as interim CEO since EF Johnson's acquisition by private equity firm Francisco Partners. Adams was most recently President of the Industrial Solutions Division of Belden Corporation. , and had also previously served at Harris Corporation. Stout remains Chairman of EF Johnson's board.
