BP3 Buys London Company

Austin-based BP3, the provider of business process management consulting and services, said yesterday that it has acquired Modexe, a London-based BPM consultancy. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. BP3 said taht Modexe will become BP3 Global Ltd. and continue operating in the UK. Both companies provide consulting for business process management. BP3 said the move will help it expand its global operations.
