Equiphon Raises $1.2M

Austin-based Equiphon, a stealth mode developer of semiconductors, has raised $1.2M in a funding round, according to a recent regulatory filing by the firm. According to the filing, the fundraising is part of an ongoing, $4.2M fundraising effort. Source of the new funding was not disclosed. Equiphon has previously raised funding from Guggenheim Venture Partners, and is headed by Mark A. Alexander. More information »
