CSIdentity Gets $35M
Austin-based CSIdentity, a developer of identity theft and fraud protection services, has received a big, $35M funding round, according to investor Investcorp Technology Partners. Investcorp said this morning that it has agreed to acquire an equity stake in CSIdentity, through an investment in its Fund III. According to CSIdentity, it will use the funding to further penetrate the U.S. market and expand globally. CSIdentity is a provider of data and software for preventing identity theft.
