CSIdentity Buys IdentityTruth

Austin-based CSIdentity, a provider of identity theft protection and fraud detection products, said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Waltham, Mass.-based IdentityTruth. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. CSIdentity said the deal was financed with existing cash and funding from investor Investcorp Technology Partners. IdentityTruth was advised by Boston Meridian in the deal. According to CSIdentity, the addition of IdentityTruth brings it to more than 80 employees across the company.
