Lombardi Acquisition Closes

IBM announced this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Austin-based Lombardi Software, a developer of business process management (BPM) software. According to IBM, Lombardi will become part of its applicatio integration software portfolio. IBM announced it would buy Lombardi in December. As part of the close of the acquisition, IBM said Lombardi's employees will join IBM. Terms of the acquisition have not been announced.
