Opus Healthcare Solutions Acquired By Quality Systems

Austin-based Opus Healthcare Solutions, a developer of electronic health record and clinical management software, has been acquired by California-based Quality Systems, the firms said today. Quality Systems said it will make Opus Healthcare Solutions part of its NextGen Healthcare Information Systems subsidiary. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Opus Healthcare Solutions was founded in 1987, and provides web-based, clinical management systems which run from a web browser.
