Talyst Systems Acquired By Swisslog

Talyst Systems, a developer of pharmacy automation technology which has an office in Richardson, Texas, has been acquired by Swisslog Healthcare, the companies said on Tuesday. Swisslog is a provider of medication management and supply chain solutions and services. Talyst was previously owned by Columbia Pacific Advisors, a private equity investor. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Columbia Pacific had acquired Talyst Systems in 2015. Swisslog Healthcare is based in Denver, Colorado, and Talyst is headquartered in Kirkland, Washington.
