CQI Solutions Acquired By California Firm

New Bruanfels, Texas-based CQI Solutions, a developer of surgery information systems, has been acquired by a California firm, Quality Systems, Inc.. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. CQ Solutions will become part of Quality System's NextGen Healthcare Information Systems subsidiary. CQI developed patient scheduling, patient tracking, clinical department procedural costing, surgival services management, and electronic charting features for hospitals.
