Texas Multicore Technology Gets $600K
Austin-based Texas Multicore Technology, a firm developing a high level language for optimizing multicore software development, has raised $600,000 in an equity funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. Details on the funding were not disclosed. Texas Multicore Technology's technology is based on a new computing language called SequenceL, which was licensed from Texas Tech University. The firm's Chairman is Newton Hamlin, and its CEO is Jim Havener. More information »
