OnAsset In Marketing, Distribution Deal For Sensor Technology

Irving-based OnAsset Intelligence, a developer of machine-to-machine (m2M) wireless asset tracking products, said today that it has licensed sensor technology from United States Semiconductor (US-Semi) and NxGen Electronics. Financial details of that licensing were not announced. OnAsset said that the license covers technology to sense for explosives, chemical and biological agents, biological cargo, and illegal drugs, and will be integrated with the firm's wireless SENTRY device for monitoring cargo.
