Dell Adds Microsoft Hardware To Recycling List
Round Rock-based Dell said this week that it has started accepting Microsoft Xbox, Zune, and associated accessories as part of its recycling program run with Goodwill Industries. Dell, which offers free recycling of computers as part of the Reconnect program at 1,900 Goodwill stores, said Microsoft is supporting the effort. Dell said that the program has diverted more than 96 million pounds of e-waste from landfills since 2004.
