T-System Gets Investment From Private Equity Firm
Dallas-based T-System, a developer of clinical documentation software for hospital emergency departments, announced Thursday afternoon that it has received a "significant" capital investment from private equity firm Francisco Partners. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed. As part of the investment, T-System said that John Trzeciak will become President and CEO at T-System. Trzeciak is an Operating Advisor with Francisco Partners, and serves on the boards of a number of Francisco Partners portfolio firms. T-System said that founders Woodrow "Woody" Gandy and Robert Langdon will retain "significant" interests in the company, and will remain on the board. Gandy and Langdon founded T-System in 1996.
