ExamSoft Gets Private Equity Investment

Dallas-based ExamSoft, a developer of software used for educational assessments, said this morning that it has raised a significant investment from private equity investor Spectrum Equity. Financial details of that investment were not announced. ExamSoft provides software used for everyday assessment and testing of students, helping teachers to measure student progress. ExamSoft said its current management team will remain in place.
