ACS Powers Driver Safety Effort

Dallas-based Affiliated Computer Services, which is now a unit of Xerox, announced today that it will power a new reporting service to help reduce driver fatigue and lower accident rates. ACS said it is working with TravelCenters of America and Petro, which operate highway travel centers, to power an industry effort to screen drivers for sleep apnea. ACS said the deal covers 187 TA and Petro company-operated locations. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed.
