EF Johnson Buy By Francisco Partners Completes

The acquisition of Irving, Texas-based EF Johnson Technologies has completed, according to private equity fund Francisco Partners. Francisco Partners said that it paid $1.50 per share in cash for all of the outstanding shares of EF Johnson. EF Johnson is a provider of secure communications products, which are used in the public safety, federal government, and other industries.
