Energy Solutions International Acquired By GFI Energy Group

Houston-based Energy Solutions International, a developer of pipeline management software for the oil and gas industry, has been acquired by GFI Energy Group, the firm said today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Energy Solutions International was owned by Inverness Graham Investments. GFI Energy Group is owned by private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management.
